  • Please refrain from sending multiple emails for the same query to avoid confusion.

Response Time: Allow us 4-6 working hours to respond to your email and provide a proper resolution. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Exchange & Return Policy:

  1. Notification Period:
    • Inform us of any issues within seven days of product delivery.
  2. Exchange Request:
    • Size or wrong product issues can be raised within seven days of delivery.
    • Exchange with another size or correct product of the same value.
    • No extra charges; reverse pickup arranged.
    • Pay online for any additional amount for a higher-value exchange.
  3. Product Condition for Exchange:
    • Original sticker label attached, properly folded, and well-packed.
    • Exchange not processed without proper packaging.
  4. Refund Criteria:
    • Genuine cases of defective product delivery eligible for a refund.
    • Email details to care@endymart.com with order info and product photos.
    • Rs 100 deduction for reverse pickup on accepted returns (no delivery issue).
  5. Refund Process:
    • Refund in the form of a store coupon code.
    • Code provided within 24 hours after refund request acceptance.
  6. Color/Design Variation:
    • Slight variations in color/design from online displays may occur.
    • No returns/refunds for slight variations.
  7. Responsibility for Defect:
    • No responsibility for defects caused by customer actions or omissions.
    • Do not accept damaged packages at delivery to avoid issues.
  8. Return/Exchange Refusal:
    • Right to refuse returns/exchanges if merchandise doesn’t qualify.
    • One exchange/return per order; Rs 100 charged for second exchange.
  9. Product Eligibility:
    • Used/washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
    • Sale or discount code products are not eligible for a refund.
  10. Cancellation Policy:
  • Order cancellations within 6 hours; Rs 150 deducted if after processing.
  • Rs 100 deducted if the shipped order is rejected at delivery.
  1. Payment Deductions:
  • Non-refundable COD charge; Rs 99 deducted if COD not charged.
  • Rs 150 reverse pickup fee (optional online payment).

  • Rejected deliveries incur Rs 150 deduction for shipping costs.
  • Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday), 10 PM to 3 PM (Sunday).
